I brought my vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation, Multi-point inspection. Bill Holiday went over what was due on my vehicle and was very informative. I waited for my vehicle and within 90 minutes go Multi-point inspection. Bill Holiday went over what was due on my vehicle and was very informative. I waited for my vehicle and within 90 minutes got my vehicle back Washed and Vacuumed!! This was awesome. The waiting room was very nice, great snacks and coffee. While there I got to talk to the service manager Jeff Confer. Very classy guy and very experienced. We chatted and got to know his extensive back ground with Nissan. Very impressed with the high caliber people they employ! Thank you Jeff and Team for a great Experience! More

I was a little harsh yesterday so I‘ve revised my review. Had an appointment for 7 AM for an oil change and tire rotation. I was the first one to pull in and after an 1 hour and 40 minutes, I finally got my Had an appointment for 7 AM for an oil change and tire rotation. I was the first one to pull in and after an 1 hour and 40 minutes, I finally got my car back. This timing is totally unacceptable. The service advisor seemed more interested to sell more services than timing to return my car for a simple service visit. Last time I had the same service at the same place, I was in and out in a half hour. Definitely need to improve turnaround. More

I have been trying to contact Bill Holliday for over a week now. I keep getting his voicemail and o return calls back. I just purchased 2020 volvo xc60 less the3 months ago. I took it in for service b week now. I keep getting his voicemail and o return calls back. I just purchased 2020 volvo xc60 less the3 months ago. I took it in for service because the AC was not getting cold. They told me it was a leak in oe of the hoses. They offered to pay half the cost since it is not covered under the warranty. I agreed to pay half and I still haven't heard back from Bill. It is starting to get hot outside and I need my ac fixed. Can someone please help. Thanks so much. Terrance Howelll More

My Murano now has 5000 miles on it, so I took it in for service a second time. It still rocks back and forth on the road. This time they drove it and verified that. They don't seem to take me seriously service a second time. It still rocks back and forth on the road. This time they drove it and verified that. They don't seem to take me seriously and told me its the 20" wheels. They said that the "low profile" tires will cause the car to rock. They must think I'm a dummy. It has factory wheels and tires and if all 20" wheels caused all cars to rock back and forth no one would have them on their vehicles. They also promised that I could drive another Murano with 20" wheels to see if it also rocks. That hasn't happened. When I take a car in for service with a problem I expect the car to be fixed before I leave the dealership. This isn't the case at this dealership. They send you home not fixed to return again and again. I wish I would have bought a different brand of car. This is a horrible experience for me. More

Service writer doesn't listen and refuses to help customer. I drove 45 minutes for service only to return home with the same problems. I have been using Bommarito Nissan for service the last few years. My Murano was getting old and needed some work so Bill referred me to Will for a new one. They ended up getting me a brand new Murano in few years. My Murano was getting old and needed some work so Bill referred me to Will for a new one.
