Not a fan. I have prepaid for service and took it in for oil change & tire rotation. When I got the receipt, it said my car didn’t need anything else. When I know it needs new tires and brakes very soon. I sent an email to the GM and he just forwarded it to the service mgr to contact me. Neither did. I don’t want to talk, I want my car to be properly looked at when I bring it in for service with a little friendly service. Guess that’s too much to ask for. More

After I bought my second VW there was leaking from sunroof, they kept telling me there isn’t loaner car since 2021 until two days ago I told them that I spent over 60,000 $ in their store. I’ve been t sunroof, they kept telling me there isn’t loaner car since 2021 until two days ago I told them that I spent over 60,000 $ in their store. I’ve been told by Mr Adrian that when they sell cars they says that loaner car will be available to buyers but the loaner car isn’t for everyone. If I got a chance I’ll sue them after talking to my lawyer. During these 2 years the leaking caused more damage to my car which will coast me 4000$ because they don’t give loaners cars to anyone.as I have been told. I set some days longer than 3 hours on the chair waiting. Never Ourisman never VW again. More

I have bought a car from here, and i have had a very bad experience from every department in this dealership. Sales manager is RUDE and sales team does not know how to write my name and address without spel experience from every department in this dealership. Sales manager is RUDE and sales team does not know how to write my name and address without spelling mistakes although i gave him my DL. I got to correct them multiple times and When the same data went to Tags and title guy he made the same mistakes in the title application. very inefficient team through out made my buying experience a nightmare. More
