live in NJ, bought a 2023 Z06 3lz black convertible with 1630 miles. It's been pure pain and am in disbelief with how they are treating me. There is so much more to this but this part puts the cherry on to 1630 miles. It's been pure pain and am in disbelief with how they are treating me. There is so much more to this but this part puts the cherry on top. I was told the car was impeccable, everything was perfect. They sent me pics, videos of everything but the brakes. The finance manager told me that the front rotors were rusted and they were going to replace them. I received the car, took it to my local chevy dealership only to be told that my rear rotors were done. They were deeply rusted and thick grooves in them. I contacted the dealership in which the GM never returns my calls and the used car sales mgr Bill said that are doing nothing. He told me there is nothing wrong with them. The Chevy dealership is keeping the car due to it being unsafe to drive and now I'm trying to get proof of the rotors being replaced as well as the 5k service that they claim was done. I just found out that they were not even the dealership who serviced the vehicle. They failed to send me the paperwork showing anything was even done. Any suggestions? I paid so much money for this car and this dealership is outright liars and crooks. More

Bought a used 2017 Q5. Sales representative, Manos was extremely helpful in setting up a test drive. Audi Éxchange went out of their way to even deliver the car to my home. Bottom Line: 'You Bought a Used Car' My experience with the Audi Exchange (and Audi of America) has been pretty frustrating and ultimately a big disappointment. The CPO'd A6 I bought f My experience with the Audi Exchange (and Audi of America) has been pretty frustrating and ultimately a big disappointment. The CPO'd A6 I bought from the Audi Exchange was a vehicle that supposedly had undergone a "thorough 300+ point dealer inspection process"; one so exhaustive that "no other manufacturer can lay claim to a more thorough Certified pre-owned inspection process." Wow, sounds impressive. So, imagine my surprise when, not long after I purchased my car, I learned that it had been in a serious accident and the repairs had not done to spec. I contacted the Audi Exchange about it. At first they denied any knowledge of the accident. But when I brought the car in to be examined, they did admit to knowing about the damage. However, they just hemmed and hawwed and said they didn't think the work looked *too* bad. Bottom line: they said 'you bought a used car' and that was it. I contacted Audi of America. All they did was send me a canned response 'thank you for sharing your concerns' and I never heard from them again. So much for the "pledge to do everything we can to keep the dream alive by offering you an ownership experience that rivals even those of the most exclusive clubs in the world." More

10/10, would deal again. First off, I'd like to say THANK YOU to Drew Malone, Bill Gillen, Dan Fernstrom, and Chanelle Dahm. They went out of their way to help make this deal First off, I'd like to say THANK YOU to Drew Malone, Bill Gillen, Dan Fernstrom, and Chanelle Dahm. They went out of their way to help make this deal go as smooth as possible, despite the 800+ mile distance between us. Long story short, I drove from PA to IL to purchase a used Mini from Audi Exchange, and the whole experience couldn't have gone any smoother. When I arrived, the car was ready to go, and after a quick test drive to verify the car was ship-shape, it was as simple as handing over the keys to my trade-in, signing the dotted lines, and driving back to Pennsylvania. Again, thank you. I've been thoroughly enjoying the Mini, and I would gladly make the 14 hour drive again to deal with you again. More
