I would have paid for this service- but there is no charge. It was instructive and useful and balanced well between giving me details vs. general easily understandable information. I strongly recommend this Encore service to all new purchasers at Winslow BMW. More

BMX X1 We lost our BMW X3 in a bad hail storm and Winslow BMW made the car buying process easy and very fast. Great Showroom and Sales Bob Evans of Winslow BMW answered all my questions about the new 340i. Fabulous Personnel; Sales and Service I took my 2004 X3 (56,000 miles) in for Service, not planning on walking out with a new Bright Red 2015 X3!! Everyone was so helpful and nice! Over a period of about 9 months, while we were deliberating about "taking the plunge," we worked with Bill Fishe. During the ordering, selection of options, receiving, and pick-up/payment process Bill kept us well informed, made sure we were satisfied with everything about the vehicle (X3), and followed up after the sale to see if we had any questions. Too soon to tell about service, but I expect that will also be an exceptionally good experience. More
