I was in search of a once in a lifetime surprise gift for my husband's 60th birthday and it had to be the perfect gift at the right price. My search went on for months until I found this wonderful personable salesman at this dealership who earned my trust as he took on the challenge of working with me and he was determined to make my experience special and far exceeded all of my expectations. Not only did Lewis Reidel my salesman from this dealership find me exactly what my husband dreamed of (which was not easy), his level of customer service and care was beyond all dealerships I had visited in Long Island over the past few months. I had an amazing experience and despite my work and travel schedule he made it convenient. I will be sending my family and friends to my favorite salesman and friend at this great dealership - best in Long Island! Lewis introduced me to Bill the Finance manager and I had a great experience; Bill listened to me and helped me and they truly treated me like family. I would send my mom here. Today, my husband personally thanked Lewis by phone after he received his gift and I look forward to bringing my husband to the dealership. I must say that I was definitely very nervous and reluctant to make a purchase of a lifetime for my husband on my own as a woman, however that was not at all the case here. I really felt at home with my new friend Lewis as he introduced me to his dealership and all of his coworkers at the dealer and he truly made my husband's dream come true. More

Having paid full cash for my past cars from private dealers I Couldn't have asked for a better experience for buying and financing my fist "big" car. Having paid full cash for my past cars from private dealers I was very nervous about what a dealership/financing entailed. I visited the dealership on Saturday interested in the Nissan Rogue I found online. Troy greeted my mother and I right away and took us to see the car. Troy is easily the nicest and most honest person to deal with. He answered every question I asked, talked me through the entire process, wrote down everything for me to look over, gave advice with my old car, and even urged me to test drive the car so I could see if I would even be comfortable with the car. He never tried to oversell the car and even let me look at comparable cars just to see if I liked anything else. I left without feeling pressured or pushed at all. I returned Monday to purchase the car and again Troy couldn't have been more professional and welcoming. He made everything very straight forward with no surprises from what he told me the other day. This dealership and Troy definitely deserve all the high reviews they receive. More

Ease of Purchase I was referred to Troy by my daughter's boyfriend. I was able to negotiate a tentative deal for a used Chevy Equinox over the phone. I had gotten a I was referred to Troy by my daughter's boyfriend. I was able to negotiate a tentative deal for a used Chevy Equinox over the phone. I had gotten a price quote from another dealership on the same make of automobile. Troy not only matched the deal, but we were able to close on the day that we met. He met the price of the other Chevy Equinox that we had looked at, even though his was listed almost $2000 more. He gave us the same trade in value for the GMC Terrain that I was trading in. The only thing left was paying for the Equinox and driving it away the same night. The deal was done in only 4 days. My daughter is now driving the car and is very happy. It has everything that she was looking for. Thanks Troy. We will definitely recommend you and your company to anyone that asks about used cars. More
