Extremely Satisfied Customer! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! My mother had such a great experience here and working with Wade. My brother then purchased his truck at Acton CJR and ha I wouldn’t go anywhere else! My mother had such a great experience here and working with Wade. My brother then purchased his truck at Acton CJR and had another fantastic experience working with Wade so when it was my turn for a new car there was no question where I was going! Acton CJR was my first and only stop and I left one very happy customer. This was hands down the best dealership and sales experience I’ve ever had. Wade was someone you could trust, was transparent and extremely patient, and I knew I’d be getting the best deal, and I did!! This dealership honestly makes you feel like family. My situation dates back to last year when my Dodge Ram developed a skipping issue on a trip to This is my first bad review - EVER - about anything! My situation dates back to last year when my Dodge Ram developed a skipping issue on a trip to Massachusetts from Florida. This dealer misdiagnosed it initially as a computer problem; and then proceeded to tear the engine down to the block and told me I needed a new engine - cost $9,000 - More than the truck was worth. The truck was driven into the dealership and could have been driven out had I been given the option. Instead, I had it picked up - all of the engine parts in the bed of the truck. Ultimately, the issue was a defective camshaft which is well documented on the internet, but the engine had to be completely reassembled to diagnose the problem. I feel that because I was 1,500 miles from the truck it played a role in how the situation was handled. I'm a long time Ram owner - this will be my last thanks to the way this dealer and Chrysler customer service has responded to my situation. More

I have been purchasing cars and having them serviced by Coleman Hoyt and his able team for 25 years. They have always been friendly, responsive and offered a competitively priced product. I have purchased Coleman Hoyt and his able team for 25 years. They have always been friendly, responsive and offered a competitively priced product. I have purchased new and used cars from Mr. Hoyt. He and his sales team are honest. They take the time to understand how the car will be used and work to get every member of my family into the car that is right for the individual. My wife, three children and mother all have cars from Acton and we are all extremely happy. The Service Team at Acton CDJR is also very responsive. They always take the time to diagnose the issue, are upfront on what the price will be and deliver the car when they promise. Over the past 25 years I have recommended numerous friends and business associates to both purchase and have their cars serviced by Mr. Hoyt and his team. Everyone has been extremely happy with the way in which they have been treated. I would not send my friends or associates to Acton if I did not trust them and if I was not confident that they would receive the same superior service that I receive. And in all cases these referrals have all reported that they too are extremely satisfied and will continue to do business with Mr. Hoyt and his team at Acton CDJR. More

The Hoyt operation is an exceptual business and I recommend them enthusiatically to everybody. I have bought more than one car there over the years and have all my car serviced in his shop. Not only does he do excellent work but he stands behind every job as he demands the highest service delivery all the time. Hoyt even goes so far as to pick up and deliver your car to your home door. This is a remarkable business--the type that is a rare find and one well worth sharing with all of your friends. More

I have been buying cars from Coleman Hoyt for 30 years. Though I am still driving a Mercury Mountaineer from his former dealership, there is no question that my next car purchase will be a Chrysler.
