My situation dates back to last year when my Dodge Ram developed a skipping issue on a trip to Massachusetts from Florida. This dealer misdiagnosed it initially as a computer problem; and then proceeded to tear the engine down to the block and told me I needed a new engine - cost $9,000 - More than the truck was worth. The truck was driven into the dealership and could have been driven out had I been given the option. Instead, I had it picked up - all of the engine parts in the bed of the truck. Ultimately, the issue was a defective camshaft which is well documented on the internet, but the engine had to be completely reassembled to diagnose the problem. I feel that because I was 1,500 miles from the truck it played a role in how the situation was handled. I'm a long time Ram owner - this will be my last thanks to the way this dealer and Chrysler customer service has responded to my situation. More

He and his sales team are honest. They take the time to understand how the car will be used and work to get every member of my family into the car that is right for the individual. My wife, three children and mother all have cars from Acton and we are all extremely happy. The Service Team at Acton CDJR is also very responsive. They always take the time to diagnose the issue, are upfront on what the price will be and deliver the car when they promise. Over the past 25 years I have recommended numerous friends and business associates to both purchase and have their cars serviced by Mr. Hoyt and his team. Everyone has been extremely happy with the way in which they have been treated. I would not send my friends or associates to Acton if I did not trust them and if I was not confident that they would receive the same superior service that I receive.
