The Salesman Bill Coll was very helpful in entering our order for the RAV 4 Prime back in august 2022 and it finally came in the color we wanted. We arranged to take possession of it and process the paperw order for the RAV 4 Prime back in august 2022 and it finally came in the color we wanted. We arranged to take possession of it and process the paperwork which took longer than expected and had to correct some basic information like our mailing address which differed from the NYS true ID address of our home printed on my driver license. This caused some confusion and we explained that they must use the NY DMV address printed on our Nissan Max car registration which had the correct mailing address.
