I put off buying a new car for years knowing how painful the process can be. My old car had no bells and whistles so a new one would take a minute to learn all I can do. I no longer have to manually turn on my headlights! Yes, it’s a very excitable feature. Ha! I went in 1 day, test drove what I liked (Trailblazer) and Bill searched high and low for the trim style I liked above the rest, and once received helped walk me thru the new features, ways I can adjust, and even sat there with me thru the terrible onStar questioner. It was just funny because they said all the things he already did. Typically the most painful process is the finance portion so I’m going to add, it was fine. They already had my basic info the day I test drove because we knew I was going to get a car; it was just the when it would arrive. By the time I walked in the office they already ran the credit check and paperwork digitally prepared so they knew what they could offer me quickly. I knew what I needed, wanted, and what I didn’t. I simply stated what I didn’t need and there was absolutely no haggling. Sorry for the long review but I seriously put this off for years thinking I’d be in that office for years signing away my newborn baby. It was the total opposite. I started shopping my for my first ever car last week and after going to one other place my dad and brother took me to Gary Lang in McHenry. Never in my life did I think that walking In there for the first time I’d be leaving with a car that day. I think that really speaks to just how good bill is at what he does. Not only did he help us get the best deal but he really seemed like he went out of his way to do it. The one other salesman I dealt with really didn’t seem to care much at all , but he went out with me to look at the car but he was really informative knowing it was my first time and all. Everyone was very nice. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly and taken to the person we asked to see. Bill showed us the care we were interested in.
