My Chev Bolt was not working. The dealership had a mechanic check over my batteries and found the 12 volt battery was bad. They replaced the battery, which cost me $450.00. Found that to be lots more then I thought it would be, but my Bolt is back in full running condition. More

I was very impressed with how efficiently my problem was dealt with. We drove into the service bay at 5:15 on a weekday without an appointment and drive out 30 minutes later a nice loaner car and a service dealt with. I’m from Alabama visiting my daughter in Geneva and scheduled a service appointment at the closest dealer. I’ve owned Chevrolets for years and the experience at Napleton Chev was the most pleasant ever scheduled a service appointment at the closest dealer. I’ve owned Chevrolets for years and the experience at Napleton Chev was the most pleasant ever. I was greeted by Amanda. She was very polite, positive and asked so many key questions that made me feel that she wanted to be sure I was getting all concerns addressed. My GM points were not working on the site . Another Service writer and the Service Mgr got involved and handled the software issue. I really appreciate the whole experience. Definitely way above any of my local dealers. . Thanks to Amanda and her teams attitude and professionalism , I’ll get my future service done when I visit my daughter. I’ve owned several BMW’s and Mercedes and none of them ever me feel better cared for than these people did. I’m not even a regular customer.
