I Couldn't Be Happier I just purchased a 2016 Toyota RAV4 and I could not be happier! Unfortunately, my previous car was totaled and I was dreading going car shopping. Faul I just purchased a 2016 Toyota RAV4 and I could not be happier! Unfortunately, my previous car was totaled and I was dreading going car shopping. Faulkner Toyota was the first of many places I was planning on looking at cars at and it turned out to be the only place I looked at. Paul Mochalin was my sales consultant. My family and I let him know what we were looking for and he immediately went into action. He brought up vehicles I wanted to test drive and had extensive knowledge on both of the vehicles (he even picked the colors I liked). He was able to point out features of the vehicle I did not even know existed. He gave my family and I all the information we needed without acting like a “typical sales guy.” He also found a different route for me to test drive the vehicles so i did not have to go on roosevelt blvd during rush hour (thank you Paul!). When it was time to work with the finance department Bill Blythe was extremely helpful in explaining all the paper and documents I was signing. He gave his honest opinion what addition insurance he would recommend and didn’t try to oversell either. While I hope I do not have to buy another vehicle anytime soon I know I would go right back to Paul and Bill at Faulkner Toyota and will be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. More

Mike Steinberg in sales was incredibly polite, attentive and his follow up was amazing. He is a guy who stands behind his word and is of the highest integrity (which I have learned the hard way is not common in car sales) I have worked in sales my entire life so I have very high expectations regarding a customers experience and Mike and the entire staff at Faulkner greatly exceeded them. Bill Blythe in finance was patient, willing to explain every detail and a absolute pleasure to deal with. I will recommend this dealer to all of my friends and family. I cant thank the entire team at Faulkner enough. I love my new car and if I could give them more then 5 stars I certainly would. More
