They are knowledgable in all their current model cars, treat myself with professionalism, and going throught all the troubles in closing the deal in one afternoon. I did not expected to purchase the car in one day but they have showned me what's my options were and explain in details about the car that I want. I was so convinced by the late afternoon that the car ES 350 was the one that I will be driving off the lot. By far, I have to say that Vincent and Bill did a great job in closing the sales and earning my respect that I will be a returning customer in the future. I am sure that I have a friends at Lexus that I will recommend to all my friends, family members and co-workers to shop here first.
