I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I’ve received regarding my Audi Q7, which recently experienced an electrical malfunction. I trusted Audi for its reputation of quality and pr service I’ve received regarding my Audi Q7, which recently experienced an electrical malfunction. I trusted Audi for its reputation of quality and premium service, but my recent experience has been far from satisfactory. My Audi Q7 was towed by Audi Road Assistance to Audi Charlotte due to an Electrical Malfunction that completely stopped the vehicle. However, I was informed that it would take three weeks just to review the vehicle because the dealership does not have sufficient staff to handle the workload. This delay is both unreasonable and unacceptable, particularly for a brand that prides itself on luxury and customer care. Is most incredible thing is that “Tod” the Service Manager of Audi Charlotte said regarding the 3 weeks “you can go ahead and came and pick it up” knowing that the car does not work. A delay of this magnitude not only leaves me without reliable transportation but also undermines my confidence in Audi’s ability to support its customers. I respectfully request that Audi USA intervene to expedite the review and repair process for my vehicle. Additionally, I believe it would be appropriate to address the staffing issue at Audi Charlotte to prevent such delays from impacting other customers in the future. More

Walter Shelton is great! I bought a dealer loaner Audi A6 a few years ago and loved it. But it was gettin up in miles...~56K. Walter called me a few times to tell me about the I bought a dealer loaner Audi A6 a few years ago and loved it. But it was gettin up in miles...~56K. Walter called me a few times to tell me about the new models and I should come over. Based on his calls, I started looking at the new Audis but was leaning more towards an SUV. I called Walter and said I’m interested in the new Q8. We scheduled a time to test drive, worked in the details on my A6 trade-in, and I couldn’t me happier with my new ride!! Thanks Walter! More

"Richard Gouhin of Audi far exceeded my expectations." Incredible experience at Audi Matthews. This was my first time looking at the Audi. I had a Mercedes to trade in and was torn between another Mercedes Incredible experience at Audi Matthews. This was my first time looking at the Audi. I had a Mercedes to trade in and was torn between another Mercedes or the Audi Q5. Wil Vinson the general manager was first to greet me. He introduced me to Richard Gouhin, a senior brand specialist. He was a wealth of knowledge, knew everything about the Audi, was patient, never pushy and had a great sense of humor. I was introduced to the Audi family, from the service manager to the technical Ambassador. Customer service blew me away. The rest is history. I bought a new Audi Q5. Sleek, gorgeous and drives like no other luxury vehicle. No comparison to Mercedes. I love this car. Thank you Richard and everyone else at Audi who made this experience story worthy. My experience with Audi We had a wonderful experience with Audi. I previously owned a Volvo XC 90, and was leaning towards buying another one, but also wanted to check out th We had a wonderful experience with Audi. I previously owned a Volvo XC 90, and was leaning towards buying another one, but also wanted to check out the Audi Q7 because the reviews were just as good. As my husband and I entered the dealership, Richard came over and introduced himself, he is very experienced and knows a lot about all cars, he made us very comfortable and let me test drive the car I was interested and gave me a couple of choices. I was thinking we would just do a quick test drive, but no Richard really wanted me to get the feel of the car by driving on the interstate, around town in traffic so I could see all the wonderful features it had to Offer. I love my new car, and look forward to doing more business with Richard In the future. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience and making it so easy, we love the car! My experience of Audi Charlotte. Always a great experience in visiting the dealership and working with Bill Atkins and Kenny Blackwelder. They have always taken great care of me as if I am their most important customer....whether it is helping me schedule a quick appointment, secure a loaner, dropping my car off at my house, etc. And I just met Will Vinson who was very helpful to me regarding my last service visit and planned preventative maintenance. I feel very much a part of the Audi family because of the way that Audi Charlotte treats their customers! More
