My car had a problem after receiving a basic maintenance service. When I brought the car back, and wanted clarification on what was going on Bianca defended her mechanic (not a problem.) However, there were service. When I brought the car back, and wanted clarification on what was going on Bianca defended her mechanic (not a problem.) However, there were 2 conflicting reports about the vehicle’s breaks done by the same mechanic in between the 3 days. Bianca was exasperated and irritated with me when I wanted to better understand why my vehicle was in a worse condition. They then told me to start by spending 2000$ MORE to MAYBE fix the problems. When they couldn’t tell me exactly why they didn’t find the problem beforehand or why I had to have three more new services done (on things the prior maintenance check had mentioned were okay.) I really did begin to get frustrated. I asked for a refund of my break check to which Bianca told me she would have to talk to her manager about it. She was annoyed with me for asking. I reiterated multiple times throughout all of the problem solving exchanges that I was not blaming her and that I just didn’t understand why the same mechanic would issue conflicting reports. I don’t understand why she was so hostile. Additionally when taken to get a second opinion on the status of my vehicle it was noted that the tires they attempted to get me to replace, in order to maybe fix the sound, that started after the vehicle was dropped at Germain Nissan, did in fact not need replaced in the slightest. I am astounded by the lack of good faith in this experience. Bianca was hostile or annoyed throughout the entire experience. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle, both times, didn’t appropriately notice an issue with my car nor accurately identify it when it was presented. Seriously. None of the recommended services were the solution. I was asked to pay 2000$ in addition to the the 1300$ I had already paid to fix a problem. That started after going to this dealership, and wasn’t the solution. I’ve heard great things about the services this dealership and company provides but I leave this experience feeling incredibly disappointed. I hope it was a one-time bad day for Bianca and my mechanic and that they both feel better soon. More

When I arrived at Jermaine, I was pretty nervous because I had never been there before and I needed to find a new dealership to service my car. Bianca greeted me and helped me navigate what I needed to do a I had never been there before and I needed to find a new dealership to service my car. Bianca greeted me and helped me navigate what I needed to do and I she listened to everything. I told her and she took care of it. Not only did she take care of it. She was kind and gentle. It certainly put me at ease. My car needed to stay overnight and she provided a loaner car for me and I was able to get home without incident. I don't know what else to say. I really am glad I found Jermaine and I will be a customer from this day forward or from what was it May 11 that I started so thank you well let me add one more thing. I met a lady at the you know while I was waiting for my car. I asked a woman who was also waiting. I said have you been here before and she sang the praises of Jermaine and it was nice to hear that a customer a longtime customer has been so pleased so it's been a good experience for me. I am grateful and I hope to see y'all again. No I hope to see you in preventative care not not the problematic stuff. More
