I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and within 40 days, it broke down three times — each time going into limp mode, making it unsafe and undrivable. After the second breakdown, the car had to be towe days, it broke down three times — each time going into limp mode, making it unsafe and undrivable. After the second breakdown, the car had to be towed back to the dealership, where it sat for 29 days with minimal communication from the service department. When I finally received an update, I was told the issue was a “fluke.” I was skeptical, but gave them the benefit of the doubt — only for the vehicle to break down again shortly after I picked it up. At that point, all professionalism disappeared. The owner/general manager, who initially seemed helpful, quickly became unresponsive and completely stopped communicating with me. The service department ignored my emails and refused to answer or return my calls. As a paying customer who bought a car in good faith, this entire experience has been exhausting and unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere. This dealership does not stand behind their vehicles or value their customers once the paperwork is signed. More
