Would not recommend for Volkswagen oil change. I was not planning on a $180(+) bill. Would have been nice if they would have warned me when I made the appointment. The service department was friendly, efficient, and on time. Betsy and Lynn who work the service desk were approachable and willing to help. Scott the courtesy driver was fabulous. Ryan Ware sold me my ca time. Betsy and Lynn who work the service desk were approachable and willing to help. Scott the courtesy driver was fabulous. Ryan Ware sold me my car a year ago and helped me arrange my most recent service check. I had the oil changed, hitch added, emission sensor replaced, and protective films applied to diver side doors. The mechanic did a great job and got it done quickly. Highly recommend Mills Service Team. More
