Our sales consultant was Beto Lopez. He was a joy to work with. We were interested in a 4Runner which we tried out. He, also, asked us if we would like to look at a Highlander, which He was a joy to work with. We were interested in a 4Runner which we tried out. He described the similarities and differences and asked to us assess our vehicle use and driving preferences in deciding which direction we'd rather go. He is very knowledgeable and patient as determined to opt for the Highlander. Beto walked us through as well as showed how all the functions and features worked. He paired our phones to the vehicle, set up Android Auto, and demonstrated how to it all worked. Beto is very courteous and professional with an appropriate sense of humor. He took the time that was needed and never made us feel rushed. I would recommend Beto to any one looking for a vehicle at Inver Grove Toyota. More

My wife, Debbie and I had planned to replace our 12-year old Pr Toyota, Beto Lopez was extremely positive. He was both personable and professional. My wife, Debbie and I had planned to replace our 12-year old Prius C with either a used Highlander or RAV4. First, Beto qualified and addressed our driving styles and pricing concerns. He then called out a red 2025 Prius LE that was just arriving in the U.S. We were very interested in it. Beto arranged for us drive a comparable Prius, as he pointed out the car's features and their benefits. We then returned to Beto's office to discuss pricing, the trade-in value of our Prius as well as service options. The entire shopping, buying, and finally taking delivery process of the new 2025 Prius later in the week was flawless. Beto took the time to sync our phones to the Toyota app, and answered all our questions regarding all the technical improvements that had take place since we bought our last car at Inver Grove Toyota in 2013. His kindness and courtesy made our buying experience thoroughly enjoyable. We would strongly recommend working with Beto and his colleagues to our family and friends! More

Beto Lopez was exceptional - from the time he introduced himself to when he left us in our new car. Beto listened to what we wanted, asked us great questions, gave thorough explanations, and helped us to bo himself to when he left us in our new car. Beto listened to what we wanted, asked us great questions, gave thorough explanations, and helped us to both keep our costs down and determine what would be the best car for us. From the minute our car left Japan to when it was off the truck at the dealership, Beto kept us abreast of where it was, what was happening, and what would happen next. He even sent us a video of the outside and inside of the car as soon as it got off the truck! The paperwork dealing with the sale of our old car and the purchase of the Rav4 Hybrid was extremely organized and efficient. Both Patricks were great to work with! Beto introduced us to our new car in great detail, making sure we understood how everything worked (inside and outside) and giving us many opportunities to ask questions (which he thoroughly answered). Working with Beto to purchase our car was the best experience we have ever had (and we've purchased many cars!). Many thanks Humberto (Beto)! The only negative we have, not related to Beto or Inver Grove Toyota, is with the tires Toyota is putting on the 2025 Rav4 Hybrid. For the cost of the vehicle, one would expect a better quality tire from Michelin, or similar. More
