They consider my special circumstance of living far away from Morrie's and bend over backwards to accommodate me and my time. My sales and finance "friends" were Beth and Eva, both very friendly and personable. They gave me the facts. Covered all the options. Straight talk. No pressure. Listened to me. What more could you ask for. Beth accommodated my special circumstance of living far away and went above and beyond what I thought possible. Great employees, slow delivery My salesperson and F&I person were both great to work with and incredibly helpful, but the delivery of my vehicle to the dealership was slow and kept My salesperson and F&I person were both great to work with and incredibly helpful, but the delivery of my vehicle to the dealership was slow and kept getting put off for several days due to the vehicle not arriving when expected, which was particularly irksome since I had lost my old car in a mechanical failure and needed a new vehicle, and I lived 1/2 hour away. The salesperson was great and tried to do everything she could to help me and was able to get me a loaner, and I could tell it wasn’t due to her lack of care that the vehicle was taking so long. I would recommend the sales manager work with the distributor on making sure vehicles can be delivered in a timely manner even during busy seasons. Because I lived far away and don’t work near the dealership, it really madd it difficult to deal with the delivery getting pushed back and having to readjust my schedule more than once to accommodate the delivery. But once again, the people in sales and F&I were great and really helped make it a net positive experience. More
