The salesman (Berto) was awful. Lazy as all get out. Luckily a manager started his shift and finished things out for me. He was very efficient and friendly. Very frustrating when a young guys treats you like a nag because you expect him to actually get something done. Mikko in the finance department was friendly and efficient. After this experience, I'm glad I only buy a car every ten years. More
