I definitely know my way around the auto industry, which is always a great thing for my customers. I believe in providing smart, reliable, and honest service that keeps clients happy. This is why I have such a great customer base. I am passionate about my clients, as well as the BMW brand. Some of my favorite hobbies include fishing, boating, and hiking. I’m a big fan of college wrestling. I was honored for the BMW Profiles in Achievement Platinum level. I’m also a Corporate Fleet Specialist who is M Certified. Great experience with Bert for my first BMW lease. He was always timely with feedback and answering questions. Very poor in getting back to me about my x5 status. I asked if the repair will take longer than 3 days please advise me because I will need a loaner car. I call after 4 days and go no response back. It took Rallye 2 more days to get back to me after I contacted my sales representative and Norberto was able to get back to me. It took 2 weeks to fix my 2025 x5. Poorly done!!!!! More
