Mike, Julia, Terrance and Randy are the best!!! From the minute I walked through th door I felt welcomed. Thank you all for making this happen as I am thrilled with my new 22 Frontier. I went to 2 different places to try to fix my car and neither of them could solve my problem, but Destination Nissan did! They were super friendly and thoroughly explained what the problem was, then fixe neither of them could solve my problem, but Destination Nissan did! person who took info for my appointment wrote down the wrong problem I was having. Work on my car didn't start until 30-45 minutes after my appointment although I was 15 minutes early for the appointment. wrong problem I was having. Work on my car didn't start until 30-45 minutes after my appointment although I was 15 minutes early for the appointment. I know this because they didn't come to me about the setup error until 45 minutes after the appointment time. Work was well done when completed. No all point inspection. They did do complimentary car wash. That wasn't done my previous service visit and was told it was because of Covid 19....hmmmmm. Still have the Covid 19 problem. Wonder what happened? Honesty will go a long way to explain short cuts. Generally I like the service, but these issues bugged me. More
