The worst deal of my life. I'm not pleased at all with the customer service, the finance people is not professional. When I asked questions they made feel stupid. A little to high pressure for my liking. Tried to convince me to commit to sale price I was not at all comfortable with. Tried to give a much higher finance interest rate than what was available. Promised a service coupon book with a claimed value of 1,000.00 that was not issued and when I inquired about it two days later the claim was that they were out of them and should be getting more in a couple days. Haven’t been back since then but suspect that they are probably still “out” of them. Same old decades old tactics used by dealerships that sour the experience of shopping for and buying a new car. disappointing to say the least. Make it right and I may better my review but as it stands I cannot give more than a 3 star rating. More
