Some of the others there not so professional, and they lost sales in past due to them qualifying the customer. With Bernie it does not matter who you are he treats everyone with respect and courtesy and he works hard. You could make the process less timely by getting rid of your sales manager though the back and forth is a bit much as this is a poor reflection on the dealership not Bernie I will continue to but from him if he works for Ford or anywhere else. More
