I’m a 55-year-old single woman with good credit but no established history, and I expected stress buying a car—and I was not disappointed in my hometown of Cape Coral. Yes, it’s a haul from Cape Coral—but when you find the best, distance doesn’t matter. It was the smartest decision I could have made. Berny (Berardo Manduley, Sales Consultant – 786-626-2600) is an absolute gem! The extra mile seems to be his starting point. He genuinely cared, went above and beyond, and made me feel valued—not just like a sale. Sandra (Finance Director) and Emanual (Finance Manager) were equally amazing. They handled the challenges I brought to the table with respect and left me with my dignity intact! No thumb screws, no mental warfare, no games—just a clear desire to get me financed for the car I wanted. They even handled all paperwork remotely, so when I arrived, I just picked up the keys and drove off in a gorgeous car within my budget. Tip for buyers: Ask for Berny!
