Usually one goes into an automotive dealership to buy a new or used car with a bit of trepidation... I certainly did. I was greeted by Bernardo in the lot (as usual) but never felt pressure or pushed. Bern new or used car with a bit of trepidation... I certainly did. I was greeted by Bernardo in the lot (as usual) but never felt pressure or pushed. Bernardo asked me some questions and pretty quickly showed me the car that was the perfect fit for me. I was pretty much sold. Then we moved into the anxiety stage. Going into the “room”. The back and forth with whoever the mystery sales manager is. Negotiating a price, terms etc. Except this time I met the mystery man (Mike Harder) face-to-face and we were able to work out a deal that I was very happy with. I never felt pressured. Never felt lost. Mike was terrific. THEN ... I got to the paperwork stage (ugh). The paperwork guy (Chris Weber) was also terrific. He was patient. Explained everything to me... made some changes with no issues at my request. Awesome. In short this whole purchase was great. I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Salem to anyone considering buying a vehicle. Oh... and I love my new Mercedes!! More

A pleasant experience After having owned a 2007 Acura MDX for 11 years I decided it was time to have a new car. I did visit a few dealership but I finally returned to Acura After having owned a 2007 Acura MDX for 11 years I decided it was time to have a new car. I did visit a few dealership but I finally returned to Acura of Salem where I had purchased my car 11 years ago. Bernardo and Cindy were outstanding answering questions and presenting the various opportunity for a purchase/leasing. I did opt for the leasing and the negotiation went smooth and friendly until we reached a consensus on a 3 year lease of a brand new 2018 Acura MDX with all the bells and whistles. No pressure was applied and the utmost courtesy was present during the entire length of the negotiation. So I left the dealership with my new car and I am still smiling with satisfaction More
