Just bought my 2020 BMW 430i from Acura of Denville on Route 10, and I’m still smiling about the whole experience! Huge shout out to my salesperson Bernardo Amster super knowledgeable, zero pressure, and just a genuinely nice guy. Sales Manager Victor Jinotti (Great guy and gave me a great deal) made everything smooth and transparent, and F&I Manager Jose Gonzalez got me an awesome rate and explained every detail without rushing. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, patient, and truly went out of their way to make the process enjoyable. I’ve bought a few cars in my life and this was easily the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Bernardo was friendly, helpful & courteous as was everyone else. Any small items were quickly resolved. The only thing that couldn't was an issue with Acura because Navigation is no longer built i everyone else. Any small items were quickly resolved. The only thing that couldn't was an issue with Acura because Navigation is no longer built in to the tech package. It is now part of Acura Link which will require a subscription after a 3 year trial period. I REALLY don't like to pay subscriptions for an option/accessory that should be one and done. More
