This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. The entire staff was wonderful - at no time did I feel pressured at all. My product rep, Bernardo was wonderful to work with as was Jose dealership. The entire staff was wonderful - at no time did I feel pressured at all. While I was initially considering various luxury EVs from several manufacturers, I went to Autosport Acura of Denville to check out the ZDX and Bernardo A. was by far the best sales person from all the deale several manufacturers, I went to Autosport Acura of Denville to check out the ZDX and Bernardo A. was by far the best sales person from all the dealers I visited during my car search. To me reviewing numbers while comparing the vehicle options is the most important part of the process (the value I am getting for the money I am paying). From the very beginning, Bernardo was really in synch with what I needed before making a final decision. Its really an art/skill to be a good salesperson striking the right balance between being helpful and not making customers feel pressured. Bernard is a seasoned professional. Since everything was clear from the start, the whole process was very smooth. Reviewing the documents with the Finance Manager was also a breeze. I am very satisfied with my experience getting a car from Bernard at Autosport Acura of Denville. More
