The manager Mike Anderson, would not make a deal over a $300 difference, telling us he would prefer to take his chances selling the vehicle at auction. We left, as we felt very strongly that a $300 reduction in price was not asking too much. My sons called the dealership back to see if we could get the $300 reduction, and once elevated to the General Manager we were asked to back in and make the deal we originally had requested. Bernard and Kevin were great. The matter was out of their hands at this point. Quite honestly, the rating of my experience would have been very poor if it were not for John Haddock. He is very personable and professional. He is a terrific representative for Rusty Wallis More

In spite of upper management giving him a hard time, Bernard continues to go above and beyond the call of duty to keep his customers happy. And he does it with a constant million dollar smile. More
