Awesome purchase experience! No pressure whatsoever. The whole team at Hall Nissan went out of their way to get the exact pathfinder we wanted. I cannot thank them enough. I No pressure whatsoever. The whole team at Hall Nissan went out of their way to get the exact pathfinder we wanted. I cannot thank them enough. I need to add, we wanted a Pathfinder with specific options. It was not available locally. The Hall Nissan team, starting with Dolphus, went out of their way to locate the exact one we wanted. Someone called it a unicorn. :) Thanks to Joel in Finance for the pleasant experience as well. More

My entire family and myself bring our cars to this dealership. We don't all have Nissans but what we have in common is our love for the customer service and how they get it right the first time, wheth dealership. We don't all have Nissans but what we have in common is our love for the customer service and how they get it right the first time, whether it is buying a car/finance, service, or parts! The only Service Advisor we all use is Mr. Branch because he has proven to be friendly, professional, knowledgeable about cars, and honest. We actually followed Mr. Branch from Green Gifford and then we fell in love with Hall Nissan!! More

Sales person was not truthful of the service I would receive I have has a great experience with Hall VBCH Blvd (purchased two vehicles) until I had gotten service recently at Hall Nissan on Boney Road. I specifi I have has a great experience with Hall VBCH Blvd (purchased two vehicles) until I had gotten service recently at Hall Nissan on Boney Road. I specifically asked the service man if the transmission service would include the transmission filter replacement and flushing and he said "it was included". Over the weekend (3/29/2020) I finally got a chance to review the work and to my surprise the transmission pan was not removed!! (Full disclosure, I have done this work several times on my other vehicles, I just did not feel like doing it because it had been cold outside). When I called today (3/30/2020) and asked why he did not tell me the truth, he is now explaining that the transmission filter is never replaced during THEIR servicing n Flush! Had I known that, I would have kept my $222.68 and did it myself!!. I expected them to pull the drain pan, clean out the gunk and look at the magnet to let me know if the metallic particles were fine or bigger pieces. Do DEALERS not provide real service any longer? Are they in such a hurry to get to the next victim that they don't care any longer? How many customers really get a chance to see inside of their drain pan? This is a valuable time to tell the truth to customers that may force them to bring in their vehicles for good and truthful service. I do hope that a concern manager look at this trend and put a hold on this kind of "shady" performance; provide some REAL customer service!! Mr. Hall Nissan on Bonney Rd, It feels like you just stole my money. You advertisement offered great service, I am still waiting. More

7 second screwdriver Made appt to have auto opening rear door diagnostic done before i paid near $300 for a new control module. Was told the diagnostic would be $89. Fair Made appt to have auto opening rear door diagnostic done before i paid near $300 for a new control module. Was told the diagnostic would be $89. Fair enough. I got a call while at lunch after I dropping off the vehicle that an extra charge of $185 was needed to get the rear door open. I explained to Bernard that there is a slot in the back door, inside the car that you slide a screwdriver in to manually open the door. The owners manual specifies this. He didn’t want to hear it, he stated the only way to get the door open was to take it apart from the outside. I put a hold on all work and when I finished lunch, I went back to the dealership. I then tried to explain to Benard how to manually open the hatch from the inside, he was adamant that the only way would cost me an extra $185. I then got the service manger and explained the situation. He gave me a screwdriver and I told Bernard it would take 12 seconds to open, it took 7 seconds. My bad. $185 for 7 seconds work. A tidy profit for Benard. True story. Needless to say, the service manager work on my car himself and found a sticky switch in the fron driver dashboard and didn’t charge me. I still go to Hall because i have oil changes in the bank. I like to look Benard in the eye and remind him how he tried to charge me $185 for 7 seconds worth of labor. More
