We purchased a pre-owned Nissan Rogue in February 2025. 93 days later and 900 miles, the car was showing numerous error messages, so we brought it in for service. The service department told us that a software update defect was causing battery issues and that WE needed to pay to replace the battery (upwards of $600) for an update that they neglected to do prior to selling us the vehicle. This was not our fault, and after several phone conversations and a negative review, the dealership replaced the battery at no cost to us. They just asked that I update my one-star review. I chose not to immediately do that so we could confirm that the problem was properly fixed. Needless to say, one month later, all of the same error messages appeared. Glad we didn't pay for that battery they tried to force on us. We discovered that the rear hatch was leaking water (again, something that should've been found during the inspection prior to the sale). A little over three weeks later, the dealership STILL has the car. Now the story is that the leak is shorting out wires and causing the errors (guess it wasn't that battery after all). I can't even begin to tell you how many times I've called for updates and was told "I'm waiting for my manager to get back to me" or no follow up at all. Then I was told that they're considering a few options. One option is to replace the rear window and do a leak test, otherwise there's a leak in the hatch. I was told that the warranty does not cover leaks, and I made it VERY clear that I will not be paying for something that they did not properly inspect. I was told that the hatch replacement could cost $4,000, but "they don't expect me to have to pay that." During this process, George, our salesman, called me to see if I knew of anyone in the market for a car. Ha! How quick he is to sell a car but doesn't help when we're told to go back to our salesman to assist in the matter. I would never recommend this dealership and regret buying a Nissan. I'll be calling corporate again to file another complaint. More

Thanks to George Mack and Bernard Birisch our sales experience in purchasing our Nissan Rouge was hassle-free. They walked us through the buying process, got us the color/features/options of the car we experience in purchasing our Nissan Rouge was hassle-free. Zero stars if I could. .. I stopped at Route 46 Nissan to purchase a used vehicle they had on their lot. I didn't try to haggle over the listed price and when asked by t .. I didn't try to haggle over the listed price and when asked by the salesperson how I'd be paying for the vehicle I advised I'd be paying cash for it. The dealer tried to pressure me into financing at least a portion of the vehicle and they told me the purchase price was at a minimum with the assumption the buyer would purchase the extended warranty and would finance the vehicle through them. I finally acquiesced and agreed to finance a portion of the cost through them, however I still declined the protection package. The manager then informed me that the dealership was no longer interested in proceeding further with the sale. Wow! Talk about unethical! There's nothing in their advertising to alert buyers that the buyer will be expected to purchase the extended warranty and finance through them before they'll consider selling a car to you. Astonishing how they treat a prospective customer who could have been a very loyal customer! My recommendation is to skip this dealership and go elsewhere! More

I originally left, not one but two 5-star glowing reviews on Google for both my Sales Consultant, Joseph D., and the Sales Manager, Bernard B. Regrettably, 5 weeks post-sale, I have to adjust my rating so th on Google for both my Sales Consultant, Joseph D., and the Sales Manager, Bernard B. Regrettably, 5 weeks post-sale, I have to adjust my rating so that other potential buyers are aware of what can transpire after a sale. I had an offer from a different Nissan dealer further away, which also included an internal and external vehicle protection package. Because Route 46 Nissan was more conveniently located, I asked if they could match the offer. Route 46 Nissan did so on condition that I finance with them (which was not my original plan), which I agreed to do. Now 5 weeks later, after multiple attempts to reach the Sales Consultant who had promised me IN WRITING on the delivery receipt to arrange for the post-sale application of the anti-stain/paint interior/exterior protection package, he has not responded to a single voicemail from me or my wife or my email. On the one occasion my wife actually reached him, he said he would call right back and hung up. He never did call back. I went back to the dealer in person and spoke to the Sales Manager, who was polite and offered to speak to the Sales Consultant on my behalf, but nothing has changed since. The dealer has still not applied the promised vehicle protection package. Unfortunately, the bottom line is that while you will be treated courteously when you go to purchase a car, you will be completely ignored afterwards, and you simply cannot rely on any promises for post-sale options or accessories even when you have those promises in writing as did I. I hope that this review, my longest review ever, serves as a warning to future customers to demand every option/accessory promised installed or applied before you take possession of your vehicle. More
