The service department is one of the worst I’ve been to. And because of that I would not buy a new vehicle from them. No one answers the phone. So thanks but no thanks Hollywood I’ll be staying with Massey. More

Suggested Review / Complaint (English version): I took my Jeep to the dealership because the check engine light came on, and I’ve only had the car for four months. I was told I’d have to wait five days fo my Jeep to the dealership because the check engine light came on, and I’ve only had the car for four months. I was told I’d have to wait five days for a diagnosis. When I expressed concern about being left without transportation, the response was blunt: “That’s your problem.” They took my car without giving me any paperwork. On the fourth day, they called and simply said, “We didn’t find anything.” When I went to pick it up, a very kind person handed me the keys—but again, no technical report, no explanation, no documents at all. It’s unbelievable that no one can tell me what happened to my car. Sadly, I’m not surprised—Jeep’s customer service is consistently poor. The only reason I’m giving one star is because of the courteous gentleman who handed me the keys. As a customer, I’m deeply disappointed with Jeep’s after-sales service. The lack of communication, empathy, and proper procedures is unacceptable for a brand of this level. More
