She explained that she was new and asked for a little patience. That didn't stop her from providing quality service, though! Apart from being genuinely kind, patient and funny, she was knowledgeable about the things she'd learned to date, and as for what she didn't know, she gracefully asked for assistance from the rest of the Nissan team, which is such an admirable quality.
