Terrible sales Managment Benjamin Stein should be removed from his position. He is not a leader that I would ever work for or recommend and friends/family to buy from. He said Benjamin Stein should be removed from his position. He is not a leader that I would ever work for or recommend and friends/family to buy from. He said to me personally that he “does not need me as a customer and hopes that I never return to HIS dealership ever again”. Several things to point out; A. Ben does not own the dealership, therefore he should never call it “His dealership”. Ownership should know about this as he is representing himself falsely. B. Any leader knows that you don’t make statements like the one he did. His words impact more than just me as a consumer. They impact everyone I come in contact with as I now take every opportunity to share this negative example of lack of leadership. C. Take some ownership of your emotions. How anyone can make a statement like this and then not realize the err of his words is incomprehensible. Own up to your mistake. A true leader would. I could go on and on about Benny, but honestly he’s not worth it. My recommendation is to at the very least demote him from sales to car wash attendant, that way he has no further interaction with customers. More

A great experience My wife and I were in a search of a luxury 7-seater SUV and were actually just doing our due diligence, test driving all the different 7 seaters. Afte My wife and I were in a search of a luxury 7-seater SUV and were actually just doing our due diligence, test driving all the different 7 seaters. After our initial test drive at Keystone Volvo of Berwyn, we did not expect to come back. However, our interactions with Alan Kirsch suggested that he heard both our interests and concerns about what we were looking for in a car and wanted to work with us to find a good fit. That encouraged us to come back for a longer test drive including highway driving. Alan was patient and straightforward with us, yet engaging and responsive to our car needs. The staff at Keystone are truly "no pressure, no hype," but that does not mean that they are inattentive. They are very much attentive and responsive. We ended up with an XC90 T8 Inscription Hybrid and could not be happier with both the car and the price we paid for it. It is a certified pre-owned stunner, owned for less than a year. Benjamin Stein, owner and sales manager, was impressive. We found him to be open, honest and directly responsive to all our questions related to the transaction and equally knowledgeable about the vehicle and its technology. Working with him to finalize the deal was smooth and seamless. We arrived an hour before closing time and did not finish until well after closing. Yet, we never felt rushed. Even after the deal was done, Both Ben and Alan stayed with us to ensure we understood the car and its new technology well enough to drive home confidently that evening. We left feeling as if we had established what will be a positive, long term relationship with the dealership. More
