very poor customer service, I have been in car sales quite a while and the level service I rec'd I would expect from a buy here pay here lot. I know the difference, Why would a customer be appro quite a while and the level service I rec'd I would expect from a buy here pay here lot. I know the difference, Why would a customer be approved for a car , I was told my car is financed with PNC which I was happy with, since i have my checking account there just makes it all easier. The very next morning doing the insurance work, I was told the lender is Ally, they obviously have a relationship with Ally,I don't it doesn't benefit me, it benefits them.. when I worked in sales, a reputable dealership does what's in the best interest of the customer, here they put themselves 1st, More
