Purchased a new 2021 Defender from JLR Mpls. The advice from Jon Reyerson guiding us while selecting our bespoke Land Rover was incredibly helpful. Asking questions to help us pick the options we would find valuable (heated rear seats) while steering us away from options that we wouldn't (roof rack with a lot of wind noise). The team of professionals who helped us pick up our new Defender was amazing. Jon welcomed us back to the dealership. I always enjoyed my car and it looked great, but the upgrades and refinements along with the process and cost made the purchase and move to a new Jaguar XE reasonable and exciting. My experience working with Danny and also working with Ben Weaver regarding the Encore Infotainment system was very hands on and they both helped me to find a car that met my needs in terms of style and technology.
