I am about as tough as a critic that you will find. I come from the old way of thinking where you should provide every customer with top level service all the time. I have worked in sales, and I know I come from the old way of thinking where you should provide every customer with top level service all the time. I have worked in sales, and I know it can be a grueling task. I spent countless hours researching, talking to other dealerships both in and out and state, and looking over every last detail. After all of that I can assure you of one thing. BEN RHETT is the friendliest, most knowledgeable man in his craft that anyone. Most of the people I spoke with had some knowledge about the vehicles (thought I usually knew more than they did), a few had pretty good knowledge, but Ben quite literally knew every fine detail about every model we asked him about. He listened to what asked, answered our questions fully, and went further, anticipating things we might just want to know about that we didn't think to ask. Multiple people within the dealership commented that he was the best guy when it comes to this. They told us that he spends hours learning about each model, and spends extra time learning each new model as it comes in or has updates. He didn't try to oversell us, he helped us find exactly what we needed. He asked us intelligent questions, followed up quickly when we reached out (even when he was on vacation), and I cant thank him enough for making what is typically a very stressful situation as easy as you could possibly imagine. He even spend 30-45 mins post sale with us setting up all the features of the car for both of us. There were two other couples waiting for him, but he did not rush us at all. My mother and father in law has recently purchased from Ben and had also had a great experience. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and inviting, but Ben knocked it out of the park. If you an are the market for a Lincoln (or any other Ford product), do yourself a huge favor and visit Ford of Franklin, ask for Ben, and tell him that Jon sent you his way. He will NOT disappoint. When you walk in he will be wearing a suit, but when you leave, you will feel like he should be wearing a cape! More

Our interaction was with salesper 2025 My wife and I visited Lincoln of Franklin to look for a new vehicle and had a deeply unsettling experience. Our interaction was with salesperson Ben Rhett. While the initial test drive of a 2026 Corsair was fine, the situation deteriorated when it came time for our trade-in appraisal. Mr. Rhett took the key to our vehicle to perform the appraisal. When he returned, he did not give our key back. We asked for our key, but he stated he was getting the appraisal from his manager and left with our key again. Upon his return, he was eager to push us into discussing the appraisal paperwork and ignored our repeated requests for our key. He claimed his manager had the key and continued to deflect. It was only after we insisted firmly for a third time that he finally retrieved our key after another delay. This tactic of holding a potential customer's key to prevent them from leaving is completely unacceptable. After deciding to leave due to this high-pressure environment, we walked outside to find that our car was not where we had parked it. The dealership staff had moved our vehicle to another parking lot without our knowledge or permission. More

My experience was amazing. I got the exact car I wanted with my dealer's help. Kaleb made sure everything was exact for me. If something wasn't he would make sure it was fixed.
