I have held roles as a General Sales Manager, Sales Director, Finance Manager, New Car & Used Car Director, Used Car Manager, New Car Manager. In each role I have learned different things, all of which have given me the ability to lead a team succeed in any role. I coach in ways that will enhance the development of the sales team and control the sales process. This will improve sales performance and will have us surpassing goals.
