I have held roles as a General Sales Manager, Sales Director, Finance Manager, New Car & Used Car Director, Used Car Manager, New Car Manager. In each role I have learned different things, all of which have given me the ability to lead a team succeed in any role. I coach in ways that will enhance the development of the sales team and control the sales process. This will improve sales performance and will have us surpassing goals. Every role in the dealership should be explained, knowing what is expected and why they are important to the team success!
