I have held roles as a General Sales Manager, Sales Director, Finance Manager, New Car & Used Car Director, Used Car Manager, New Car Manager. In each role I have learned different things, all of which have given me the ability to lead a team succeed in any role. I coach in ways that will enhance the development of the sales team and control the sales process. This will improve sales performance and will have us surpassing goals. I asked to get a few things fixed on my car that was minor. I didn’t bring it back until the oil change because it wasn’t affecting my driving. I needed the piece fixed over my tire and a piece fixed in minor. I didn’t bring it back until the oil change because it wasn’t affecting my driving. I was told that I should have brought it back the day I noticed it and not waited and that sales would not “eat the charge” to fix the either one. More
