This is my 4th truck I’ve purchased through Sapaugh. They always take great care of me and my vehicle during purchase and after. Working with Rich Konold was awesome. We were able to work out all the details over the phone/text. When I came to the dealer to pick up my new truck, they got me and my family (3 young boys) in/out so fast. Rich even had little hot wheels cars for my boys. Joe Clemens is an amazing general manager and makes Sapaugh an awesome place to do business. It took us 7 1/2 hours to buy a car! Randy was good but was taking care of multiple customers at once, so we were waiting for each step of the deal.
