Service department is a scam. I took my car in for a free oil change and they claimed I needed to replace my brand new battery as it was about to fail. I declined, and the next ti I took my car in for a free oil change and they claimed I needed to replace my brand new battery as it was about to fail. I declined, and the next time I took my car in for a free oil change the battery they said was failing previously was magically testing fine now. If you get oil changes here ALWAYS decline the maintenance they try and upsell you. My wife was duped when they said her rear brake pads were low and needed to be replaced. She agreed to have the brake pads replaced. When she picked up her car they billed her $700 for flushing the brake lines, and new pads and rotors More

Great service for brake job I came in to Apple Ford service for some rather extensive brake problems. I needed new pads, rotors, and calipers. So the service department arranged transportation for me so I could continue to get some work done while they were doing repairs. Everything was done with excellence and prices quoted in advance were accurate as were time frames. All staff were friendly and professional. More

My husband called in because we had a nail in our tire so Ben checked and told my husband that he had the tire we needed in stock. I rushed right over and Ben met me in the quick lane as I was pulling in. I told him that I was in a crunch for time because I had to be on the way to pick up my daughter from school in 30 minutes and he assured me he would see what he could do to get this done quickly. They normally estimate a tire change to take about an hour but Ben had our tire change done in 20 minutes! I could not be more thankful to Ben to be so accommodating to my difficult request. More
