Hello! My name is Ben Gavin and I am a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Tom Kelley Cadillac in Fort Wayne, IN. Originally from Warsaw, IN and graduated from Trine University with a degree in Golf Management. I was in the golf business for a number of years before joining the automotive industry. I have been in the industry and at Tom Kelley Cadillac since April of 2021. My wife, Lauren and I have a Mini Golden-Doodle puppy named Finley and two cats named Java and Espresso. Ben at Tom Kelley Cadillac was wonderful! Our car buying experience was seamless and everything was very transparent! Not all car buying experiences are the same and this was by far the best Our car buying experience was seamless and everything was very transparent! Not all car buying experiences are the same and this was by far the best experience to date! We have a Cadillac dealership close to us that told me to take my car to Carmax to see if I can get more as a trade in! I have never had a car dealership want me to do their job for them! We chose to drive 1.5 hours away because from start to finish it was wonderful working with Ben! Everyone at Tom Kelley was very knowledgeable , friendly and real with us. I cannot say that for the other Cadillac dealership by us! We will be repeat customers of Ben at Tom Kelley Cadillac! Thank you for the exceptional customer service!
