Not the best experience. I came from several counties away to come to this dealership so I could test drive and see a Genesis in person. I had been dealing with Jacob all alon I came from several counties away to come to this dealership so I could test drive and see a Genesis in person. I had been dealing with Jacob all along, who I believe was a newer employee at the time. He was a nice guy on the phone and in person, but lacked some knowledge on the Genesis brand. I guess I got to the dealership later than expected though (we never discussed a time) and after letting me test drive a G70, Jacob had another appointment and I was then pawned off on Ben French. Ben French couldn't have been more uninterested in his job that day and definitely did not want to waste his Saturday selling me a car. The facial expressions, his demeanor, the sarcasm and tone in his voice, it all just flat out sucked. Without coming out directly and saying it, he hinted numerous times how a G90 would be too expensive for me and there was no sense in looking at one. I don't know how the guy sells cars if this is his usual attitude. I live in a rural area and I don't look like someone who would usually be interested in a Genesis. Ben knew this and treated me as such, totally blowing me off. I told Ben I was leaving after my test drive with Jacob, that I'd be back in a bit after I went and looked at a few more cars at various dealerships on Manchester. Ben told me he'd crunch some numbers and when I got back we could see about getting me into a Genesis. You could tell Ben didn't believe I was coming back and his actions when I returned only verified this. After returning and sitting at a table, watching Ben chit chat with his co-workers, he finally comes over to acknowledge my existence about 10 minutes after my return. With a BLANK piece of scrap paper in his hand! Clearly Ben did not take me seriously enough to do the little bit of number crunching he told me he'd be doing for me prior to my return. He starts hastily jotting down numbers, clearly just ballparked figures, not specific to me and my financials. It was during this Pulling of Numbers From One's xxx that Ben was so very engaged in that Jacob comes over to join us. Politely asking me how things were going, I engage Jacob. Captain Personality chimes in as well, both answering some detailed questions I have. Knowing Jacob drove a Genesis, I asked him if he minded answering a personal question. He agreed. So I then asked Jacob what he paid for his auto insurance on his Genesis, just so I could get an idea what I'd be looking at per month. Ben apparently thought this was hilarious and for some reason he actually started LAUGHING out loud! So much in fact, he had to turn and walk away from us momentarily. It was at this point I knew I was done here at this dealership and especially with this arrogant, snide, xxxxx Ben French. More

Best experience ever! I called in advance to come look at a specific Santa Fe. When I got there the sales man left me alone and let me look at the car and make my own dec I called in advance to come look at a specific Santa Fe. When I got there the sales man left me alone and let me look at the car and make my own decisions they were not pushy they did not try to pressure me and made me feel extremely comfortable. Gordon was the first one that I came in contact with and the texts evolved into phone conversations. Gordon was very patient with me and answered my questions clearly and easy to understand. My next contact was with Ben when I went into the dealership to buy the car. It wasn't the exact car that I wanted but Ben went right to work looking for the car that I wanted. It wasn't long until I got his phone call to let me know that he found it and that it would be at the dealership that week. I went back, did the test drive, got my dashboard tutoring and I was definitely a happy camper as I drove off! Thank you Gordon and Ben. More

Finally an Honest Dealership We were losing hope that we were going to be able to purchase a car. We had grown tired of the lying and the scheming. Honestly we are running out of dealerships that we will even consider going to. On a whim we went to Dean Team. It was after 8pm when we arrived and we were just done. Ben French introduced himself to us and car shopping took a turn for the better. He was completely different from the other car salesmen we had dealt with in the several days before. We told him what we wanted and asked if we were being unrealistic. He showed us the numbers and we honest about the choices we would have to make. He did not just say "we will make it happen". We will definitely return to Dean Team and purchase another car from Ben. More
