What a story I could write about waiting for this automobile!! But..... as far as everyone at this dealership, they were great and kept us up to date on our Hybrid Tucson Limited's progress. The leadership team, Ed, Matt, and Andy were constantly in touch with us regarding the time line they were given and the expected arrival date of our vehicle. EVERYONE went way above and beyond what would normally be expected. Thank you Dean Team for making my wife's dream car come through. Andy, we will be back!!!! No sales pressure, good selection. I think my trade was worth a little more than I got but it was reasonable. Our new "used" car was in very good condition and we are enjoying it.
