Deborah, on numerous occasions you have indicated displeasure with the level of service we have attempted to provide. Your satisfaction was always at the forefront for us. We even expressed to you on multiple occasions our willingness to rescind this transaction and on multiple occasions you declined. It is unfortunate that this relationship has deteriorated to the point of false and unfounded accusations being directed at our organization and staff.
