The dealership was very nice to visit. I worked with Ben Brink as my sales representative and could not have been happier with his service. Ben met me as I walked into the dealership and I didn't feel hounded on as I got out of my car. I really appreciated Ben's approach of getting to know me a little bit before we even discussed what I was looking for. Throughout the process Ben was extremely professional, knowledgeable and genuinely just a good person to talk with. I did not purchase the vehicle the first visit as I told Ben I was still shopping around. I felt no pressure from Ben during the entire process and Ben was very patient and great at explaining questions I had. I have never bought any of my vehicles through a car dealership because I never liked the overly pushy sales reps. Ben made this experience incredibly satisfying and I have already recommended him to family and friends. Ben is down to earth, not pushy, and was genuinely interested in us and our needs. If you’re shopping new or pre-owned, HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEN! The extra touch Honda gives to a pre- owned purchase was a nice surprise and appreciated. They get it. Things can happen. Such a simple approach that shows Honda of Lincoln cares about all customers. Calvin in Financing was great too. Moved us along in the process but didn’t rush us. Welcomed our questions. Our vehicle was sparkling when we picked it up!
