Ben did such an amazing job... Helped me find many different option's to fit my needs and wants in a new car. He even went out of his way and e-mailed me pictures and features of the different car's b different option's to fit my needs and wants in a new car. I totally give my whole experience a two thumbs up!!! I absolutely love my new car and am super happy I chose to use Anderson Toyota Lexus and A great salesman and friend in Ben Bleed. If you decide it's time for a new ride make sure you use Ben he will make you feel welcome and wanting to buy all of your car's from him. He also did an amazing job on getting me into the price range I was shooting for! More

Honestly, I was nervous at the prospect of searching for a newer car for my family, and I had a lot of quesitons, concerns and a budget. I spoke with Ben a few times on the phone to provide a little backgro a newer car for my family, and I had a lot of quesitons, concerns and a budget. I spoke with Ben a few times on the phone to provide a little background and ideas of what I thought would satisfy our family's needs, then to schedule an appointment. Ben listened during each call, then took the time to discuss various concerns I had. At each step he listened, offered suggestions, allowed me to process the new information, let me make a decision, and then corrected the direction accordingly. Since this was the 1st time I purchased a car alone, Ben made sure I understood what was happening at each stage of the process and was comfortable with the decisions I was making. He prepared me for the finacial side of the process too, the transition to work with John was smooth, and could see Ben still working on a few things on our car while I signed paperwork. The team effort was evident! Rachel answered almost every phone call I made, she's a pleasant individual to make the 1st impression!! When we walking in the door, we were greeted almost immediately, and Ben was expecting us, so he was ready for our arrival. The envirnment was calm and peaceful, my 9 year old came with me on both visits, he was greeted and engaged in several conversations while we were there. The friendly atmosphere was greatly noticed and appreciated!! Thank you all so very much for all your knowledge, hard work and smiling faces!! More
