"Eh, they j PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING. And Read this with an OPEN MIND. I was like all of you interested buyers reading the negative reviews here. "Eh, they just weren't lucky". "Dang, that sucks but I'm not buying that specific car". "Maybe they should have done more research first". I had the same thoughts, I bought a car, and it has been the biggest financial mistake of my LIFE. By the way, I bought this piece of junk from Phillip Kubaric. Phil, if you're reading this. Please start looking for another job because I'm feeling sue happy now. Backstory: 2015 Ford Transit 350, 3.2L Diesel with 97.8K miles on it. 2 owners, both in Oklahoma and Texas. Needed a new transmission, shop "replaced" it before I bought (I'll get into that later). No bad repairs on the carfax, no squeaks, no leaks. Everything *looked* perfect. I drove it back to Colorado. As soon as I left the g**d**m state, the belt started squeaking. I thought, "ah, it's an older car, it's gonna need repairs". Then, a pool of oil started to form under the van once it was parked. Took it to a mechanic, walked out with a est. $700.00 repair. It started leaking again- took it to a diesel-specific repair shop. Now, remember how the dealership fixed the transmission for me before purchasing? The dang thing was hanging on by a thread. It was missing FIVE bolts. Mechanics were amazed I got it all the way back to Colorado without the piece of junk falling off and causing a deadly accident. Got that fixed, still leaking... Finally, I end up with an est. $2,000 bill for fuel injector bolts replacement. Glory!!! No more leak!! Belt is still squeaking, but I can fix that myself. A couple months ago, the DEF system started malfunctioning. FOR ALL OF YOU READING THIS AND THINKING "well you shouldn't have gotten a Ford Diesel, idiot.". It's not just the type of car, it's the quality that was sold to me in a slimy, lying way. I took it to a van, diesel-specific mechanic this time. There was a missing O-ring on the DEF tank causing a leak. Got that fixed for a measly $500. Drove it home, and about five minutes from the house, I got a lovely "DEF System Error. Engine Will Idle Soon". Turn that pig off, and when I turn it back on, it's in forced idle mode. Can't drive it now. Get it towed back to mechanic, it has 15 codes. Get it towed to a Ford Dealership for the best possible diagnosis. My new total (not including anything in the past) is $5,000. And $2,300 of that is free labor because the mechanic feels so bad that I got such a piece of crap. You might also be thinking, "well you've had it for a year..... explain that." It has spent about 5 months TOTAL in shops. In shops, back home. Breaks again, back to shop, etc. etc. I purchased it with 97,800 miles on it. It now has 98,900. And most of that is its drive back from Texas. Now, I will say. The GM of the dealership, Ben, pitched in about $1,000 to help with repairs initially. But this is the biggest waste of money, lemon vehicle I have ever owned. I'm a young woman in her mid-20's. I feel lied to, taken advantage of, and most of all- I feel really, really stupid for trusting them in the first place. Please, look for a car somewhere else. I have held off on writing a review because I trusted that things would resolve. They haven't, and they won't. I spent a YEAR saving for a down payment on this car, and I can't afford to sell it but I also can't afford to fix it. Learn from my mistakes, I am begging you. Listen to the bad reviews. Notice that a lot of the 5 star reviews are from similar people, or sound fake. They are. More

I am seriously disgusted with how this place has treated my sister! When she left the parking lot with her new SUV, the backup screen wouldn’t turn on. That was 3 MONTHS AGO, and her new car is still sitting at Auto Web Expo with no estimated time of when they are going to have it repaired! They keep giving her the run around, tons of excuses. She’s on her 2nd loaner car from them. They told her yesterday they would finally be getting the part from Ft Worth today and she could finally pick up her car today. Well, they never called her today to come get it! It is absolutely infuriating to see her be so excited for a new car, just to have it crushed by these sleezeballs at this car lot! As someone who has years experience in customer service, the disregard and lack of communication this place has for their customers is flabbergasting and a down right shame! This place puts the stereotype car salesman front and center! I hope you guys make this situation right by my sister, or I can let my 6K followers in a popular Facebook group I run continue these reviews for me, K? MAKE IT RIGHT! Please stay away from this place! !! I trusted them with my business and they failed me. I was referred to them by many people close to me. They all have had good experiences but unfor !! On 9/16/2022 I purchased a 2020 Mitsubishi outlander. I signed paperwork being assured that I was making the best purchase for myself. My goal was to be completely covered with warranty. The vehicle had manufactured warranty and I also bought the extended warranty from the dealership. As soon as I left the lot I realized there was no function to screen inside the vehicle. I immediately turned around and brought the vehicle back and was told that the manufacturer would fix it since it’s under manufacture warranty. I waited to reach out a few weeks later for an update on October 7th I was informed the part was on back order. During this time I was given a loner so I Decided to give them some more time to get the part since the Salesman made it seem like there was a plan in place. I reached out on October 17th and found out that my car never left to go to Mitsubishi which means my car was never touched since drop off. Meanwhile the salesman is texting me as if it’s really at Mitsubishi and we are just waiting on them. Now I’m being told that there is no warranty on the screen so now auto web expo is having to come out of pocket for the screen. The manager told me she could get one in a week. I left things alone and reached out a few weeks later because of course no one reaches out to me during this whole process. It is now November 14th and I still can’t get ahold of the manager that I talked with and I just get turned around to leave messages for her. I was able to talk with the owner before my first car note was due and he paid half of my first car note since he knew of such inconvenience this was for me. He told me he would be keeping track of this issue. As of November 14th I still have yet to get ahold of the manager and the owner finally returned my call and has stated that they have yet to receive a screen and I still don’t have the vehicle in my possession. I am demanding info on their buy back policy even though the manager already denied me for it. This has been the worst customer service. Please stay away!!! I am open to all questions regarding my review and experience with auto web expo. More
