We weren't looking for a new car when we brought our 2014 RX350 in for merely an oil change, but, it worked out wonderfully. Bob is a highly attentive sales professional that knows his Lexus line inside and out and also people. I am also a sales professional and its great to be treated well by a peer. It was a very productive experience and when some very small items went off the rails he worked to quickly solve these microscopic issues and help Lexus of Wayzata and the L-Certified process 100%. We do expect to purchase our next Lexus from Bob as well. More

This was my very first Lexus I had ever bought. Joe made the process wonderful! We were from out of state. He was very attentive to my requests and was so helpful!
