From the very first contact til I drove my new Forester away, they were professional, courteous and helpful. Becky Kline and her team earned my business and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. It was not easy to deal with my trade or my purchase, but, they persisted. They kept me informed and when I drove home I felt fantastic driving my shiny, burgundy, brand-new Subaru. Thank you Becky, Rob, Shaunda, and, last, but, not least, my trainer ( the Disney Guy), Mike(?). Now, when do my daughter and I get to be in one of the commercials? I am sure we are telegenic and only have good things to say!!! More

However, you have charged me for work that was not necessary in the past including insisting on changing the brake-fluid because it wears out, and another time, telling me I needed over $5000.00 in repairs that cost me only $350.00 at another repair shop. This included replacing all rotors when only two brake pads were bad and saying I needed a head gasket replaced when the oil loss was minimal. Guess you need to pay for your new building :) More
