Very bad experience. My truck stayed at the dealership for a week but no work was done. You can never get anyone on the phone or get any update. Had to drive to the dealership twice to get some info. Until I decided to pick up my truck with no repairs done. Very disappointed on the experience. One manager promised to call in couple of weeks and make sure they take care of the situation. I will have to wait and see about that as well. Would definitely not buy from here ever again. More

The salesman and finance department were very professional and courteous to me. Although I wanted to pay cash, there seemed to be a problem receiving and printing the document I needed to sign fr professional and courteous to me. Although I wanted to pay cash, there seemed to be a problem receiving and printing the document I needed to sign from my bank. It all worked out fine. They met my bank finance rate and I was on my way. I spoke with a manager who would try to expedite the loan processing so my banker could wire the cash to the lender and would close out the deal for me. Overall, a good experience and a pleasure working with all the employees. Oh yeah! I absolutely love the car! More
