I liked the fact that they held the car for 7 days while I had to wait on Chase Bank and American Express to get on the same page and get my cash transferred so I could pay cash for the car. Took our car in due to a vibration in front driver wheel. The where two lights on that due to the vibration and the check engine light was one. When I spoke to Zack he said the two lights went together but The where two lights on that due to the vibration and the check engine light was one. When I spoke to Zack he said the two lights went together but there would be a charge for the check engine light as well. I asked how much for each. He said $100. I was charged $300 instead of $200 since I originally said the vibration. Zack said it was a separate issue. It is not a separate issue but he would not listen. So I paid the $300 and took my business elsewhere. I will not return to this dealer for any work needing done on any car. More

Did not fix the problem I brought in for repair. Key switch not working properly. Still having trouble turning key off..
