The dealership personnel are very nice and friendly, however if u call and try to reach the sales person that helped you, forget it they will be too busy. I was promised a second key by my sales person, however if u call and try to reach the sales person that helped you, forget it they will be too busy. I was promised a second key by my sales person, but I never got it. Don’t make promises that u can’t keep, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I then spoke to a manager by the name of Gus, who told me he would check with the Audi dealer across the street about getting an extra key, never heard back from him again! The communication and follow up are not very good. I had to constantly call them to get answers about when my car would be ready to pick up after they sent the car to a body shop to deal with some scratches on the vehicle. The vehicle had a piece of paper inside the dashboard blocking the vin number, do you think they did anything about it? How about xxxx no! Overall not a great experience More
